2. ACCEPTANCE AND EFFECT

By accessing or using the Company's website or mobile application, placing orders, or otherwise using the Services, the User accepts these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the User and the Company.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Company offers cosmetic products and related e-commerce services through its website and mobile application. Prescription or regulated medicinal products, if any, are subject to separate regulatory approval and are outside the scope of these general Terms unless expressly stated.

4. ACCOUNT, REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Users registering an account must provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. The User is liable for all activities conducted via their account unless they notify the Company promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT

Orders placed via the Site or App will be confirmed following payment authorization. Prices, taxes, shipping fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND TITLE

Shipping terms, risk of loss and transfer of title are described during checkout. Delivery times are estimates; the Company is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Return, cancellation and refund rights will be handled in accordance with the applicable law and the Company's Returns Policy. Users located in different jurisdictions may have statutory consumer rights which supersede contractual terms.

8. PRODUCT SAFETY, COMPLIANCE AND RECALLS

The Company warrants it will take reasonable measures to ensure products comply with applicable Swiss and other relevant regulations governing cosmetics and product safety. Product safety incidents, adverse events and product recalls will be managed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

9. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and applicable data protection laws. The separate Privacy Policy describes categories of personal data processed, purposes, legal bases, data subject rights and cross-border transfers.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Site and App content, branding, software, text, graphics and images are owned or licensed by the Company. Users may not reproduce, adapt or distribute Company IP without prior written consent.

11. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users who submit reviews, comments or other content grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display such content. Users warrant they have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as expressly provided and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. The Company's liability for direct damages arising from a proven breach shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant order; the Company shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from the User's breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Services.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Site or App may include links to third-party websites or services. The Company is not responsible for third-party content or their privacy practices.

15. AMENDMENTS

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Users by posting an updated version on the Site or by other reasonable means.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. The parties agree that the courts of Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

17. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the Services.
