After completing the application form available on our website, you may submit your requests in person with a wet signature, send it via notary to our postal address, or submit it electronically using a registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an e-mail address that you have previously notified to the Company and is registered in our system.
